You’ll leave the workshop with a customized framework of what your future-flexible team looks like when consistently performing at the levels of their best work.

Scope

This workshop is ideal for team sizes of 5 to 500 team members and requires 3 to 4 hours of in-person or virtual facilitation of the activities, with an additional hour of pre-work to complete the two psychometric assessments from our partner alliances with Everything DiSC and AQai.
